About the Role
Join the
Digital Department
of a leading energy infrastructure company as a
Functional Analyst – Business Oriented
, and play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of gas infrastructure management.
You'll be part of the
Field Applications & Integrity Management
team, driving innovation and operational excellence across key areas such as
grid maintenance, metering, cathodic protection, and terminal operations
.
Your mission: ensure that digital tools and applications truly meet the business needs—improving efficiency, safety, and performance in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
Your Responsibilities
As a Functional Analyst, you will:
- Enhance and support the KLIM-CICC external platform
, including onboarding, validation, functional testing, and coordination with service providers. - Support end-users
of internal asset management applications, ensuring smooth daily operations. - Analyze and challenge business needs
, define clear functional requirements, and propose smart ICT solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. - Translate business needs into user stories
and detailed functional specifications using UML and BPMN. - Document and maintain
business processes, use case diagrams, and data models. - Define and execute test scenarios
for system, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Serve as the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for all functional questions during development. - Facilitate estimation and planning sessions
, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. - Contribute to end-user documentation
such as manuals, release notes, and training materials. - Actively participate in
digital projects
related to network inspection, maintenance, metering quality, and dispatching tools.
