MOTOR EUROPE - Project Manager E-Commerce
You will join the Lexus Europe Division, in the E-commerce Team. Primary role of the E-commerce team is to manage E-commerce strategy, oversee implementation of web tools that support that strategy, monitor the performance of European markets, and deliver the Lexus premium experience in every touchpoint (both online and offline).
We are looking for an E-commerce interim that willSupport the definition and manage the implementation of a new Lexus Omnichannel Customer journey including identifying future trends and customer expectations, mapping customer journeys for defined customer groups, defining technolgy and tools to deliver seamless experience and testing it with relevant markets; Contribute to the transition of our Lexus brand into a Mobility and Service provider by being part of new retail concept strategic working group. Support in defining E-commerce division and identify key change initiatives to support that transformation. Support Lexus network team in defining the framework of Sustainable Retailer strategy; Support launch of new Lexus model by activating, E-commerce elements including roadmap, relationship management with the markets, monitoring the performance and risk mitigation; Day-to-day management of E-commerce projects ensuring implementation within time and budget.
