LEXUS EUROPE DIVISION is the European headquarters of Lexus, a global luxury lifestyle brand offering a full range of premium vehicles and the all-new all-electric RZ.

The BRAND & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS department drives the strategy development and implementation of brand communications activities across Europe. Working closely with National Marketing & Sales companies (NMSCs) and agency partners the department develop, agrees, produces and rolls-out the brand & communications strategy through omni-channel communications. We ensure the NMSCs have the assets and planning information so they can implement their local activities and strenghten brand consistency across the region.

Your responsibilities

Marketing Automation/Content Planning and Website optimisation/Website performance reporting

Manage and deliver CRM transformation projects, have a clear vision on CRM for BB and BC; Experience as a technical/functional/product owner role during a CRM implementation project leveraging modern technologies. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus; Support Vehicle Launch campaigns through Marketing Automation; Setup and maintain content delivery planning; Integration of campaign assets across Lexus Master Website, and ensure optimal consumer journey, to increase conversion; Ensure setup of priorities, follow-up and reporting on ongoing roll-outs of content/tools/technical updates in local markets websites through regular status calls with Lexus Web Support; Ensure kaizen on overall website user experience and web funnel conversion; Setup and present monthly report on Lexus Website traffic and conversion performance for executive management.

Online Transacting

Follow-up on integration of Online Reservation/Retailing (new cars); Follow-up on integration of Used Car Locator; Report on business contribution (cars reserved/sold online).

Power BI

Collect digital analytics data about the customer behaviour set clear objectives, define KPIs & supporting metrics; Align with and involve technical stakeholders on tagging strategy notably taking into account the new DXP platform constraints; Build reports and monitor the KPIs & supporting metrics in Power BI; Perform different analyses as part of continous improvement on the basis of quantitative analytics; Help to create a data driven mindset in the organization by support with data and analytical insights, educate stakeholders on how to use data and facilitate data-driven dicision making; Coordinate projects and align with both business and technical stakeholders both internal and external; Ensure Power BI for Lexus is used in an optimal way and following a clear approach and structure;

Adobe Platform Digital Skills

Leverage CRM data to help drive customer acquisition & retention strategy; Determine the business and market needs, benchmarking and prioritizing them and the improvements' roadmap; Experience in steering and coaching a creative and digital agency; Strong understanding of CRM principles and omnichannel customer experiences.

GDPR compliancy

Follow-up on implementation of required GDPR content and technical updates on Lexus website; Ensure all required assesments on One Trust are completed in due time; Handle the role of GDPR champion at LED in close collaboration with legal department. Aanbod

Jouw profiel You have a Master in Marketing Communications with specific focus on Digital Communications/Omni-channel or equivalent experience at agency or client side; Great project management skills and the ability to prioritise; You have experience as a technical/functional/product owner role during a CRM implementation project leveraging modern technologies.
