Employer - Head of Professional Services

Functie The Head of Professional Services at Employer will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our identity and access management solutions to our clients. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Operations & Services, the incumbent will lead a team of solution architects and delivery consultants to ensure the timely and effective implementation of our solutions across various client environments.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management Provide strategic leadership and direction to the professional services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize their potential and drive professional growth.
Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasizing the importance of understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions.
Solution Architecture Oversee the design and architecture of Employer's identity and access management solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and company standards.
Collaborate closely with Sales, pre-Sales, product management, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into actionable solution designs and implementation plans.
Delivery Excellence Drive the successful implementation and deployment of Employer solutions, adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
Provide oversight and support for project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and issues proactively and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment between client objectives and Employer solutions.
Act as the escalation point for customer issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Champion a culture of customer success and satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.
Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives to optimize and standardize professional services processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to identity and access management, leveraging insights to enhance Employer's service offerings.

Do we have a match?


This is what we expect from you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience of years in a leadership role within professional services, preferably in the software industry, with a focus on solution architecture and implementation.
Experience is running a Professional Services organization as a P&L
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, technologies, and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
