Introduction

Sander.HR is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for our partner active in the chemical sector located in Vilvoorde.

As part of a Belgian international group, you will be part of the production site located in Vilvoorde, focused on providing the best quality of products and services to customers worldwide.

The structure is flat, and there is a high possibility to take initiative and grow in the role. This position reports locally to the HR Manager, who aims to share her knowledge.

Role - HR Business Partner | Chemical

The HR Business Partner will:

  • Play an active role in recruitment and selection.
  • Be responsible of the employee’s life cycle.
  • Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.
  • Develop learning & development programs.
  • Take a strategic position as Business Partner.
  • Work on various projects.

Profile - HR Business Partner | Chemical

  • At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the industry or sector involving blue collars workers.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Bilingual in Dutch, professional in English and a good level of French is a most.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
