They are, amongst other activities, a leading provider of diesel card services to BB transport companies across Europe, with a network spanning over stations. You will become part of their dedicated BB Customer Service Team. The team consists of over language speakers, including expats and local colleagues, focused on addressing customer needs effectively.

Your role as a Customer Service Representative encompasses ensuring excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers through addressing inquiries, resolving problems, assisting with sales, and providing credit support. Responsibilities include
Managing complex customer complaints, including those related to tax, compliance, and fraud. Analyzing and resolving customer credit issues to prevent account blocks. Effectively communicating with stakeholders during investigations. Providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone calls and online platforms. Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Logging, addressing, and resolving complaints, requests, or queries in a timely and professional manner. Proficiency in the local language and culture, with potential involvement in translation tasks and related issues. Researching ways to enhance service quality and implementing feedback from customers. Educating and informing customers, prospects, and internal clients about processes and procedures. Proactively supporting sales and customers in resolving outstanding payments, invoicing issues, local tax matters, etc., in close coordination with the administrative team. By fulfilling these responsibilities, you contribute to improving service standards and minimizing credit risks for the organization. Jouw profiel Profile Fluency in Slovak and Czech languages. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous. Preferably, previous experience in Customer Service or related fields. Familiarity with financial processes and/or credit management. Possession of strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Capability to adapt swiftly, prioritize tasks, and collaborate efficiently within a team. Demonstrated high level of accountability and a customer-centric approach. Aanbod What are the benefits?
