As the entity in Luxembourg is growing, our client is looking to hire a Sr Accountant (M/F/X) to reinforce the Fund team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of client (PE/RE and FoF structures). (S)he will also act as reviewer and support more or members of the staff, as required.

Prepare/review books Participate (as preparer/reviewer) to the process related NAV Calculations Prepare/review statutory, investor's and regulatory reporting Ensure the production of all deliverables and audits Provide technical support for domiciled entities' operations , including acquisition, structuring, tax aspects, creation of new entities and ensure transaction closing is achieved as planned Provide operational support for the setup of new structures including working with internal and external stakeholders Provide support to the Fund Team and others as required in the wider team to ensure that business objectives are met Provide supervision to or members of the team and contribute to the overall Management of the department, including supporting management with achieving strategic objectives Build, maintain and develop good working relationships between the team and its internal and external stakeholders

Your experience

You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in You have minimal years' experience in the financial sector in a similar position You have experience with financial companies, private equity and real estate funds . The knowledge of funds is a plus You are fluent in English , French is a plus; You have a knowledge of LuxGaap and Luxembourg tax framework Knowledge in USGAAP and IFRS is a strong asset
