As & Employer Manager you will be responsible for

Accountant

Collects and analyzes all documents relating to the company's economic and activities such as Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Banking Operations Payroll Inventory Cash Capital Goods Automation of all possible processes; Preparing financial documents such as the annual balance sheet, profit and loss account, tax return, VAT return, operating account, etc; Supports organization financial objectives by providing financial analyses and recommendations; Develops organizational strategies by contributing and financial information, analysis, and recommendations for strategic thinking and direction, and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives; Establishes operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems, and implementing change; Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information, and advising departments on the collection and analysis of data; Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations; Minimizes legally required taxes by studying regulations, presenting tax strategies, and filing returns; Weekly, monthly, yearly and adhoc controlling activities, reporting.

The required profile for the & Employer Manager position

Communication skills; Teamwork; Interpersonal skills; Good knowledge of tax laws; Computer software skills, experience in Odoo, MS Business Central is an asset; Project management skills; Attention to detail; Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Focused on results; Mindful of deadlines.
