Join our dynamic multicultural Software Development team and take on the challenge of supporting automotive powertrain SW products .As a Software Scrum Master , you will

Support the team in removing impediments and ensuring smooth coordination. Act as a facilitator and buffer between the team and stakeholders. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with automotive customers. Report on blockers impacting product development and ensure process consistency Jouw profiel MUST HAVE Confirmed to Senior level experience Engineering master’s degree in electricity, electronics, electromechanics or IT Minimum years of similar experience Knowledge of C embedded language Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving, work ethic, time management, and teamwork Fluent in French & English Technical acumen and ability to understand complex requirements NICE TO HAVE Proficiency in Chinese and Japanese Strong interest in Automotive Industry SAFe & scrum Master certification Aanbod What can we offer you?
