Functie DESCRIPTION AND TASKS

You will work as a functional analyst on projects for the Non-Life Business department. You have a bridging function between your business and IT. You collect the requirements, make the analysis and translate it into features to get the best IT solution. In this broad position, you will have contact with both business and developers who will deliver the requested requirements. You take the initiative to further professionalize that operation and you also help to shape the business architecture. You keep your business up-to-date by means of interim demos.
Profile
You have a professional bachelor's degree, preferably in an ICT field, or equivalent through experience. You preferably have experience in the insurance sector. You are a strong communicator and can convey information in an understandable language. You understand the agile way of working and actively participate in it. You are strong in terms of planning, dare to question things and work in a result-oriented way. You are analytically strong, work accura and have a problem-solving attitude.
